Wild Pathways

Join us for a relaxing and supportive time in nature, where we will share outdoor skills and simple mindfulness techniques to support relaxation, community, and connection to nature.

Wild Pathways is run as a 6 session course

Each session will provide practical activities to help care for the woodland and market garden along with time to just be in nature and tune into the seasons and our senses.

It is also important for our wellbeing that we are not always ‘doing’ in nature, and we give ourselves time to ‘be’ in nature.

We will be following the 5 pathways to nature connection as ways to offer meaningful experiences in nature that have a positive impact on our mental, physical and emotional health.

You will be able to go at your own pace and take part as much as you feel able with tools and guidance provided.

Wild Pathways uses the NatureWell approach in the structured of sessions. NatureWell is an integrative nature and health approach, helping people and communities connect to nature for their health and wellbeing and has been developed by

Natural Academy.
