take part in this Outdoor College course aimed at improving self-confidence and reducing anxiety.
8 hour course delivered weekly
Based on OCN’s Level 1 Award Unit ‘Awareness of Mental Health & Wellbeing’
Beneficial for Secondary School students who may have mental health challenges
Learners will gain simple, effective resources and knowledge to improve their mental health and wellbeing
Outdoor learning, incorporating nature-based activities
The course runs once a week for four weeks, sessions are two hours long.
