Seasonal Saturdays

Seasonal Saturdays are a time to come together with others and experience the delights of the Winter months.

As the light fades, temperatures drop, days shorten and the nights lengthen, these sessions are an opportunity to discover and remember the gems of this time of year.

We will start in November by moving from the light into the dark with a Dusk walk, in December we will sit together round fire with poetry and song, and in January celebrating a New Year by moving back from the dark to the light with a Dawn walk.

Please come and join us for all three or any of the experiences individually.

Register your personal information and then book a ticket for each event you wish to attend.

NOVEMBER

We will start our Seasonal Saturdays in November by moving from the light of the day into the dark of the night with a Dusk walk. Enjoy being out on the land in the darkness with the safety and enjoyment of being with others. You will be led on a mindful walk around the land of Brown Rock Woodlands ending with some time around a fire, tea and cake.

DECEMBER

For our Seasonal Saturday in December come and spend time around the warming fire of the roundhouse and enjoying stories, poems and songs of Winter. We will share mulled apple juice and cake together. Bring along a poem or story to share or simply come along to listen and be entertained.

JANUARY

For our Seasonal Saturday in January we will be meeting together in the dark of early morning and going on a Dawn walk. Set that alarm clock early and find the curiosity to kick off the duvet, wrap up warm and gather with others to celebrate a new year by walking together from the dark into the light of a new day.
