NatureWell Courses 

Are you feeling isolated, experiencing low mood, anxiety or stress? 
We offer a safe place to be yourself, be with others and with nature.

Meaningful time in nature has been shown to have a positive impact on our mental, physical and emotional health.


NatureWell is a structured six-session course, which follows the 5 pathways to nature connection*: contact, beauty, emotions, compassion and meaning. Through these we will discover how nature resources us and learn techniques that we can use to improve our resilience in everyday life.

Each session will include a grounding and check in, an exploration of one of the pathways, a nature-based activity and reflective time. We will have time to get to know each other, share ideas and bring all our learning together in a celebration in the final week.

NatureWell is a  evidenced based nature and health approach, helping people and communities connect to nature for their health and wellbeing developed by Natural Academy.

It was actually so important as I was facing a very difficult patch in my life ... being in natural environment with simple creative tasks was exactly what I needed. I feel really lucky and so happy to have done the course.
