Step out of everyday life and into nature.…
Time in nature supports our physical health and mental wellbeing. It gives us space to slow down, tune into our surroundings and relax. As our connection to the natural world deepens, we can feel restored, become more resilient and better able to cope with life’s challenges.
Join us for a Wild day in the woods, or a NatureWell course, where you will get to learn mindfulness techniques, carry out seasonal nature activities, share food and reflect with others.
Team wellbeing days are also available for organisations and training courses for those wishing to work with people in
nature.
All our activities are by invitation, where you can go at your own pace and take part as much as you feel able with all materials and guidance provided.
Days run from 11am-3pm, with evening sessions also available.
