What to Expect
This is an opportunity for adults of any background to come along to Outdoor College to enjoy:
- Nature Based Mindfulness
- A talk on Nature and Wellbeing
- A visit to our food growing area
- A tour of the site
- Sitting around the fire in our wonderful round house
