We have joined with Kin (www.connectkin.org) to deliver a workshop of peer to peer coaching and mentoring techniques to enable you and your organisation to advance the work you do with your communities

Focusing on key skills and how we can creatively bring nature into our work, the course will take place in the beautiful woodlands at Brown Rock Farm in Tickenham. Based in a roundhouse, with an open fire for warmth and cooking we will be putting ideas into practice as we explore;

Core skills in coaching & mentoring:

deep listening, effective questioning, and building relationships 

How nature can activate our imagination:

the power of being in nature, metaphors and nature-based activities to strengthen connections

​

Time with others working with their communities to make a difference:

sharing our experiences, exploring our personal strengths and gaining peer support

Workshops run from 10.00-4.30pm
